TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS To rent a vehicle with AutoSol Mallorca, the main driver and any additional drivers must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.

  • Hold a valid driver’s license for more than 1 year.

  • Present a valid original ID (Passport or ID Card) and a valid driver’s license upon vehicle collection.

2. PAYMENT AND RESERVATION

  • Payment on-site: No payment is required during your online reservation. The total rental amount is paid only on-site when the keys are handed over.

  • Payment methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • No deposit: Thanks to our “Sérénité” formula, no security deposit (caution) is blocked on your bank card.

3. AIRPORT SERVICE FEES (PICK-UP & RETURN) Our personalized delivery service at Palma de Mallorca airport is charged as follows:

  • Pick-up (Arrival): 15€

  • Return (Departure): 15€

  • These fixed fees (totaling 30€ for a full stay) are added to the rental price and are payable on-site upon key delivery.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Free cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Late cancellation: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the rental, or in case of a “No-Show,” a flat cancellation fee will be applied and charged.

5. “FULL” ALL-RISK INSURANCE (SÉRÉNITÉ) Your rate automatically includes our full protection at no extra cost:

  • 0€ deductible (Excess): You have nothing to pay in case of an accident or bodywork damage.

  • Total protection: This includes damage to tires, glass breakage (windows and windshield), and scratches.

  • Exclusions: The insurance does not cover lost or broken keys, fuel errors, damages caused by off-road driving, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. FUEL POLICY

  • The vehicle is delivered with a certain fuel level.

  • You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the start.

  • Otherwise, the difference will be charged at current market prices.

7. VEHICLE USE The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and to respect Spanish traffic laws. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside AutoSol Mallorca vehicles. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning and deodorization fee upon return.
